2009/3/31付にて異議申立のガイドラインが変更。
内容
Each party will be permitted to request the cooling-off extension of time only once during the opposition proceedings.1. Extension to file a statement of opposition : 3 months (reduced from 5)2. Extension to file a counterstatement: 2 months3. Extension to fie evidence; 3 months (increased form 2) or 4 months from the completion of cross-examination, if cross-examination is requested.4. Extension to file opponent’s reply evidence: 4 months (reduced from 67)5. Extension to file written argument: 4 months (reduced from 8).
